HELENA LIVERPOOL
A Fighter to the End
1945 - 2019
She is survived by her husband Fixroyed, sons, Gregory and Kevin, daughter-in-law Alison, grandson Kai, her sisters, Veronica and Allison and brother Ferdi.
Helena migrated from St. Vincent and the Grenadines to Canada in 1970 to pursue her dream of a better life. She spent many years involved with the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Association, volunteering at Folklorama and many other association events.
She was a very active member of All Saints' Anglican Church, singing in the choir and volunteering for various church events.
She had passion for sewing and enjoyed watching the Bombers and Blue Jays on TV; we will miss her post game phone calls to discuss game results.
Her positive outlook on life no matter what challenges she faced, was an example all should follow.
A celebration of her life will be held at All Saints' Anglican Church (Broadway and Osborne Street) on Saturday, August 17, starting at 11:00 a.m.
Rest in peace Helena,
the world is a lesser place without you.

I truly miss talking with my sister daily. A wife, a mother, a grandmother an aunt, and a friend too. This is the legacy we have from you. You taught us love and how to fight, you gave us strength, you gave us might. A stronger person would be hard to find. And in our heart, you were always very kind. You fought for us all in one way or another. For all of us you give your best. Now the time has come for you to rest. So go in peace you have earned your sleep. Your love in our hearts, we'll eternally keep. I miss you daily. Sweet sis. - Posted by: Veronica Toney (Sister) on: Aug 19, 2019
