It's been five years
since you left us.
We thought of you today but that is nothing new,
We thought of you yesterday and days before that too.
We speak to you in silence, we often call your name,
But all we have are memories and your picture in a frame.
Darling Mary, Mom and Nana.
We hold you deep in our hearts and that's where you'll remain,
To walk with us throughout our lives until we meet again.
