CECILE C. LAFRENIERE
December 28, 1939 - August 21, 2019
Cecile was predeceased by her father Arthur; mother Alice; brothers, Gilbert, Roger, René; and sister Simone. She leaves behind her loving children, Robert (Stephanie), Raymond (Justine), Roger (Melania); 12 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; sisters, Rose-Marie (Leon) Palud, Gisèle (Andy) Mestdagh, Jocelyne (Marcel) Bonneville, Lucille (Richard) Sylvestre; brother Roland (Kathleen) Faucher; and many nieces and nephews. There's also her Lafrenière family, which she always remained close to, sisters-in-law, Lorette, Lucy, Annette, Yvette; and brother-in-law Emile.
She was a dedicated employee at Manitoba Pork where she enjoyed working for many years. Cecile was a devoted and loving mother who made friends easily. She will be missed but know that she is now resting in peace.
The family would like to thank the staff at Actionmarguerite St. Boniface (Taché Centre) for their care and compassion.
Funeral mass celebrating Cecile's life will be held on Monday, August 26, 2019 at 1:30 p.m. in Holy Cross Roman Catholic Church, 252 Dubuc Street, with viewing a half hour prior.
In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, donations in memory of Cecile may be made to Diabetes Canada, 401-1 Wesley Avenue, Winnipeg, MB R3C 4C6.

My deepest condolences to Robert, Raymond, Roger and all the Faucher family. Aunty is now in heaven with my Mom and all the rest of her family and I believe they are all having a wonderful time reuniting. I loved Aunty and she reminded me so much of my Mom.
