PRISCILLA COLLEEN MACLENNAN (CILLA)
Date of Passing: Sep 17, 2019Offer Condolences or Memory
PRISCILLA COLLEEN MACLENNAN
She was predeceased by her husband of 43 years, Raymond (Paddy). They were married before Dad was posted overseas in 1942. She was just 17 when she left her family in Winnipeg to go to Victoria and marry her sailor boy. Theirs was a marriage full of love and respect and they absolutely adored one another. She was also predeceased by her eldest son Ray in 2017, and Tommy, in childhood, in 1955.
Family meant everything to Mom and no request, no matter how big or small, ever failed to get her full attention. She was so very proud of all of us. Left to mourn her passing are Bevy MacLennan, Ken and Rene MacLennan, and Keith and Nancy MacLennan. Missing her deeply are her grandchildren, Colleen and Hamid Zahedi, Scott MacLennan and Diana Chapman, Gillian and Sean Adair, and Rob, Katie and Christie MacLennan; and great-grandchildren, Holly and Missy Zahedi.
As per Mom's request cremation has taken place and there will be no service. A private interment with Paddy and Tommy at Brookside Cemetery will take place later.
The family wishes to thank the staff and caregivers at Oakview Place for their compassion and care in looking after Mom during her time there.
The family will be very thankful for donations made to the Alzheimer Society of Manitoba in her name.

Condolences & Memories (3 entries)
Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Little Celia, as my dad (her cousin Ted Taylor and other family members called her) was a wonderful cheerful lady. I haven't seen for many years (my dad passed in 2006). She shared photos and memories of the Isherwood and Berry families. May she rest in peace! - Posted by: Eleanor (Taylor) McMurchy (1st Cousin) on: Oct 08, 2019
Will miss Auntie Cil greatly. She was a wonderful woman, with a huge heart and great laugh. My love to the family. - Posted by: Sarah Halprin (Great Niece ) on: Sep 21, 2019
Heartfelt thoughts to the MacLennans. You share her wide beaming smile. You will have so many memories to cherish of her 95 years. May they comfort you. - Posted by: Lynn & Dale Checkley (GWL ) on: Sep 21, 2019
