KENNETH HALL

On early Saturday, September 21, 2019, Kenneth Hall, 81 years, of Selkirk, MB, peacefully passed away at the Betel Personal Care Home.
Ken was born in Gladstone, MB on October 16, 1937. Ken was predeceased by parents, Myrtle Lillian Hall and Joseph Buttes Hall, and brother Walter.
He leaves to mourn his sons, Gordon (Angela) and Bryan, sister Mabel, sister-in-law Nancy, and a large circle of relatives. Also wife Geraldine and her family - Ken, Richard, Perry, Janice, Bonnie, Lori, Larry, Lesley, René and their partners; five grandchildren, and brother and sister Alvin McRae and Olive Prichard.
Ken worked at the Gerdeau Steel Mill for many years, retiring in 1999. He spent time as a warden at St. Andrews Church on the Red and contributed to rebuilding the stone wall.
Ken's real passion was hockey, especially the Selkirk Steelers where he goal judged for many years. He enjoyed following players' careers after they left and spoke proudly of them.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the St. Andrew's Church on the Red, (3 River Road) on September 26 at 2:00 p.m., Rev. Karin Laldin officiating.
