STANE (STAN) GALIC
He was born September 16, 1933 in Ljubljana, Slovenia and immigrated to Canada August 4, 1959. His last wish was to go back to his homeland Slovenia, which he did in 2015.
He was predeceased by his parents, Fani and Stan Galic, his sister Magda and brother Lado. He leaves to mourn his wife Mihaela (Michelle), son Boris, daughter Alenka (Les), granddaughter Samantha in Canada and two sisters, Cilka and Metka and family in Slovenia.
Funeral was held in Slovenia. Memorial Mass will be held on Sunday, September 29 at 9:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Lourdes Church (Slovenian), 95 MacDonald Avenue, Winnipeg, officiated by Rev. Diosdado Parrenas.
Rest in Peace.
