GARY WILLIAM STEVENSON
Gary will be greatly missed by his wife Michelle, his brother Gordon Stevenson, his sons, Scott, Ron (Chrystal), Jason (Natalie), Regan (Kristen), and his nine grandchildren.
Gary was born March 4, 1948, in Winnipeg, Manitoba to George and Dolly (McCracken) Stevenson. In 1972, he followed in the footsteps of his older brother, Gordon and applied for a job at Greyhound Canada. He served the company dutifully driving over a million miles in the process. He took pride in his work and retired in 2009. In retirement, he cared deeply for his little pals, Rascal and Dexter (his dogs). He enjoyed his many sing-song gatherings with his family and friends, and several trips he took to see his grandkids and extended family.
A memorial service will be held at Bardal Funeral Home, 843 Sherbrook St., on Wednesday, October 9 at 1:00 p.m.

I’m so sorry. I often thought of Gary through the years. I remember he was a baby a bit younger than me. We lived next door for 10 years. Fondly remember those fun days as children. Dollie and George were great neighbors and I missed the family after we moved. Gary certainly had a nice big family to love and I hope your memories are all happy ones.
