LESLIE DALE PAUL RIECK
Les was born in Winnipeg on April 6, 1978. He was a very humourous, kind and loving man who loved to tease his numerous friends and family. Les was always willing to lend a helping hand and would give the shirt off of his back if needed. Les is very loved and will be missed by all. Those who knew Les will forever be grateful for the time they got to spend with him.
Les is predeceased by his parents, John George Rieck and Rachel Evaline Rieck (nee Kennedy); brother John Kennedy; nieces, Suzie and Angie; nephews, Kevin, Riley and Randall.
Les is survived by his children, Jeremy and Kali; sisters, Mary-Anne (Roland) and Barbara; brothers, Charles (Clarice), Roddy, Rudolph (Christina), Bernard (Jessica) and Dennis; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A viewing will be held on Friday, October 11, 2019 from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Aboriginal Funeral Chapel, 724 Selkirk Avenue, Winnipeg. There will be a feast to follow at his sister's residence at 30 Mutchmor Close, Winnipeg. Honorary pallbearers are Charles Rieck, Roddy Rieck, Rudolph Rieck, Bernard Rieck, Dennis Rieck and Roland Hamilton.
The family would appreciate that no flowers be given.
The family would like to thank the Health Sciences Centre nurses and doctors for the care they provided to Les.
