VICKI RILEY
Left to cherish her memory is her daughter Sarah (Josh, Gwen), who was her most treasured joy, along with Vicki's longtime partner, Marcel.
Vicki was born in Winnipeg on April 24, 1954. She lived in White Rock, BC from Grades 3 to 7 and attended White Rock Elementary School. In 1972, Vicki graduated from West Kildonan Collegiate and furthered her education at the University of Manitoba where she obtained her child psychology degree in 1975. Vicki worked for many years teaching Special Needs children with the Winnipeg School Division.
Vicki's passions were gardening, baking, photography, reading, travelling and her dogs. She enjoyed a special connection with elephants. Vicki was truly in her element in nature and the summer months were her absolute favourite. She spent countless hours nurturing her garden. She was known for her kindness and caring.
Cremation has taken place as per Vicki's wishes.

I was very sad to hear of her passing. Vicki was one of my very first Avon customers on Greenhoven Crescent. She was such a lovely woman, always gushing over her daughter Sarah and we had lots to talk about when it came to our love for gardening.
