Condolences & Memories (6 entries)

  • I've known Drs. Ernest and Anastasia Cholakis for a combined 62 years. I appreciate the excellent care that they have been providing me since the Cholakis Dental Group Family was in it's infancy stages. Dr. Kelekis-Cholakis and I have an excellent relationship both inside and outside her private practice, and I am very thankful for the Dean's kindness in connecting me with a residency student so I can put together a presentation on accessibility to dental care for persons with an (ID) intellectual disability. - Posted by: Philip (Proud patient) on: Jan 04, 2022

  • I met Dr. and Mrs. Hechter when they were dining out at my workplace with my former high school psychologist Linda Schwartz and her husband Bill. I always refer to Linda because of her dialogue. - Posted by: Philip (Acquaintance) on: Oct 16, 2020

  • Ted, Teddy, has left so many people with so many fond memories. My deepest condolences to you Gail and to your family. May his memory be a blessing. - Posted by: Shira (Shirley) Macklin (Friend and relative) on: Oct 24, 2019

  • I began seeing Dr. Hechter as a toddler, and continued until his retirement. I no doubt will go down in memory as the person who frantically called him on a Sunday afternoon one summer. I had accidentally broken my front tooth. He and Gail met me at the office. Gail assisted as he repaired my tooth. He was always calm, smart and sweet. I can still recall the feeling of him gently stroking my hand during dental procedures, to reassure me. He was a wonderful human being . My sympathies to Gail and his family, whom he adored. May he be at peace. - Posted by: Rachelle Kupchuk (ex patient) on: Oct 17, 2019
