Dearest Matthew,

It's been five years but it feels like five seconds since you left us far too soon. We think about you every minute of the day, you and Peter, and see you in the beauty of the life you had to leave behind . . . the bench we placed in your memory in your favourite park in
Toronto, the way
Robert plays with Pokeman and loves making sound effects with his (and your) toys, your spirit, your joy, your enthusiasm, your love for trying new things and
making every day count. We remember your smile, the
twinkle in your eyes, your voice and how much you tried to stay with us for as long as humanely
possible. It was a
honour taking care of you in the very end, we hold onto those memories as precious as breathing itself. Every moment spent with you was a gift from God and we are thankful every day for you and miss you so very much. You and Peter, every
single day.
