JORY CLAUDE SIMARD
Jory was predeceased by his mother Mary Adele Simard, father Louis Morley Simard, brother Hughie Victor Simard and brother Louis Morley Simard IV, as well as many uncles, aunties, cousins and friends.
He is survived by brothers, Bradley, Kerry (Elaine) and Carl (Sylvia), sisters, Anna, Karla, Amelia and Lina (Flory), many nephews, nieces, cousins, uncles, aunties and friends.
Our family would like to express our sincere thanks and gratitude to Mark Courtney, Dr. Blom, Dr. Paskvalin, Dr. Perry, nurses: Nadia (special thanks), Gail, Annie and Ella. You made Jory's last days peaceful and comforting. Also a big thank you to all the staff in 2-West who have worked with Jory since 1996. We know Jory felt your love and compassion throughout the years because he passed it onto us. For 23 years, Riverview Health Centre 2-West, has been Jory's home, where he left us on October 21, 2019.
A wake service began Friday, October 25 at 7:00 p.m. and funeral service will follow on Saturday, October 26 at 2:00 p.m., both at the Kateri Tekakwitha Parish, 548 Home St. at Ellice Avenue, Winnipeg, MB. Cremation will follow, with a reception also in the parish hall. Brother Thomas Novak officiating.

Jory thanks for the wonderful memories ..growing up with you was alot of fun. You were a true friend someone I could confide in someone who had a big heart. I only wish your life wasn't cut short and that you could've lived and grew with us. The good times will never be forgotten. I will raise my drink to you tonight!!!
