  • We are saddened by the passing of our friend and fellow believer, Tatsue. We will miss her. She was an example to us in faith and her dedication to the church. We give thanks for her long life. She lived her life well. We share in the sadness and grief of her daughter and relatives. - Posted by: Reimer and Nobuko Clausen (Acquaintance through Church) on: Nov 15, 2019

  • Tats was my neighbour for several years until she moved to West Haven. To my surprise I ended up knowing her family. I really missed Tats since she moved out. She was a wonderful neighbour/friend. She invited my daughter & myself for lunch to West Haven & we had a wonderful visit with her that day. Our condolences to Emi & all her family & friends at this difficult time. You can take comfort in knowing she was a beautiful soul. - Posted by: Evelyn & Linda Schoffer (Friend) on: Nov 12, 2019

  • Today's paper gave me an answer as to what had happened to Tats - I did not know any of her family or what had happened to her although she spoke of Emi very often. We had a lovely friendship some years ago and she would meet me for lunch or invite me for tea and lunch at her apartment. I enjoyed her company a lot. She was interesting to talk to and when I was contemplating going to university at an older age, she was very encouraging. I am fortunate to have known this gracious, intelligent lady with a strong faith. Condolences to her family. - Posted by: Margaret (Friend) on: Nov 09, 2019
