OLGA JERLO
(nee KOROTASH)
October 12, 1927 - November 22, 2019

It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our dear mother, grandmother and great-grandmother on Friday, November 22 at the age of 92 years.
She was predeceased by her husband Carsten; her parents, Michael and Anna; her brothers, Nestor and Roman, and her sisters, Rose and Ann.
She will be missed by her four children, Barbara (Lionel), Doug (Bonnie), Donna Jacobson and Mike (Dawn). She is also survived by her six grandchildren, Chantelle (Bill), Dana (Courtney), Chase (Chanelle), Megan (Rob), Sara (Chad) and Jesse; three great-grandchildren, J.D., Pearl and Carsten; her surviving sisters, Martha (Tycholiz), Elsie (Stasiuk) and Jeanne (Witwicki); her sister-in-law Ann (Korotash) in St. Catharines, ON, and many nephews and nieces.
Olga was born on October 12, 1927 in Stuartburn, MB. She was the fifth child of eight. Mom worked very hard throughout her life to provide her children with all the necessities and comforts. She was a fantastic cook and prepared many delicious meals for us. She had a sense of style and a real flair for home decor.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 2 at 10:00 a.m., at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Boniface Hospital Foundation.
