Our condolences to Bertha and family. Marcel was a great friend to me during my first years away from home. He was like a big brother to me...he encouraged me to finish university and he was always available to talk when I had no one to turn to. For the longest time Marcel was my only sober friend and he taught me how to be strong in a cold city that was Winnipeg in the late 80’s. I will always be grateful for his friendship. May you Rest In Peace my friend. - Posted by: Madelain & Ed Neveau (Friend ) on: Dec 06, 2019
