ANDREW (ANDY) KLAPPRAT
Andrew was predeceased by his wife Alexandra in 2004 and on Saturday, they were reunited eternally. He is survived by his children, Andrew (Janina), Andria (Troy) and Arron; his grandchildren, Stefan, Brett, TJ and Ryan. Andrew is also survived by his brother Ray (Armande) and his sister Marilyn, and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Amanda and Reinhold, his brother Albert and his sister Norma.
Andrew was born in Beausejour, MB. He worked for Manitoba Hydro for over 35 years, travelling across Manitoba from Thompson to Morden before settling in Winnipeg. Andrew was a caring man who loved his wife and his family with all his heart. He will be greatly missed.
Memorial service will be held on Monday, December 9, 2019 at 1:00 p.m., at St. Luke's Zion Lutheran Church, 2903 McPhillips Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba.

I'm very sorry to hear of Andy's passing, my condolences to Andy's family. I remember the times we worked together at Manitoba Hydro and were family friends in Thompson. Andy was an awesome friend. Although not in the same office, I had the pleasure of "working with" Andy at Manitoba Hydro for many years. He was a always a gentleman and so helpful.
