Condolences & Memories (10 entries)

  • What an amazing man he was!!I met Gerard after a car accident (although I went to school with his son) I was a teenager when I met him and he was so kind and genuine. He offered plenty of amazing advice over the years and was the only chiropractor I trusted with my back.He truly was so much more than that to not only me but I'm sure many of his patients. He gave me such comfort when my Mother passed away when I was 17 I will never forget it or him.I was glad to run into him when I visited my "old" home church Kilcona.I am so sorry to his family. He is now in heaven fully restored! - Posted by: Krystal Mikita (Patient/friend ) on: Dec 30, 2019

  • I have known Gerard for over 40 years. He was no doubt one of the greatest persons I was fortunate to have met. He went out of his way to help people and I regret that we did not get together more often for lunch. We had many good discussions and he was a very wise man. He was very proud of his family and all their accomplishments. He loved Roberta very much and never stopped talking about near and their great trips. I already miss him. Very sorry Roberta and your entire family. - Posted by: Steve Geiger (Friend and patient) on: Dec 28, 2019

  • Thank you Gerard for being a wonderful person. You always had a cheerful approach. Meeting you and your family during the late 80s is a nice memory as well as Teagan's Christening. Hugs to your beautiful family. - Posted by: Launa McCasin (Friend of Friends) on: Dec 16, 2019

  • I met Gerard about 20 years ago and have been a patient of his through out the years. Although he was my doctor, I considered him a friend. Always ready with a huge smile, a hug and positive thoughts for life. Recently, he'd begun praying with me while I visited him and it made me feel better. I can't imagine walking into the office without him being there.... To Roberta, his family and deepest condolences on your great loss. He will be thought of often and remembered kindly always. RIP dear friend. - Posted by: Susan Severdija (Patient) on: Dec 13, 2019

  • Gerard was an amazing colleague and friend. He was so willing to give of his time. If there was something that I needed to talk about, he would arrange to meet for coffee at the drop of a hat. His concern for others well being was as genuine as they come. He was also a champion for his chosen profession. Always interested in learning and growing as a Doctor of Chiropractic. I am thankful i got to see him recently at a seminar. My deepest condolences Roberta and family. - Posted by: Brian McWhirter (Colleague ) on: Dec 09, 2019
