It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Herman (Herm) Crewson on December 6, 2019, after a lengthy illness.
A sports enthusiast and a skilled competitor, he excelled at hockey, football, baseball, curling and golf, the latter of which he was able to enjoy well into his 80s.
Herm was widely known to the health industry, provincially, nationally and internationally. After 28 years of his distinguished services as Executive Director of the Manitoba Health Association, he accepted the position of President and CEO of British Columbia Health Association and its subsidiaries. With his diversity of interests and activities in the health field, he received numerous honours and awards from health-related organizations.
Herm will be lovingly missed by family and friends for his playful antics and outgoing personality.
A private family service will be held to celebrate his life.
In Herman's honour, please consider a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society.
