So very saddened to hear of Cathy's passing. We got together at family gatherings more when we were younger. All Great memories of a kind, giving and funny person Cathy was. Cathy and I played Barbies for hours and hours as little girls. We always laughed lots. Cathy was always such a positive and caring person. Sending strength and hugs to Bobbie and his family. - Posted by: Ronda Frandsen (WILSON) (Childhood Friend and neighbour) on: Dec 15, 2019
It is truly difficult to believe that we have suddenly lost such a kind, generous, caring person as Cathy. For me, she was a mentor, a cheerleader, and supporter. She was ready and willing to help with anything needed. Over the past few years she fought hard to be able to be at her beach home, with her dog, her neighbors and those who were fortunate enough to know her. We will miss her. Rest in Peace. - Posted by: Margaret Murray-Haddad (Friend) on: Dec 15, 2019
I am shocked and saddened to read of Catherine's passing. She was my go to gal for anything sewing related. She could fix and alter anything. We had playdates with Cooper and her dog Charlie. Catherine always had a pocket full of dog treats. I will miss her sweet generous heart. - Posted by: Lindsey May (Friend and neighbour) on: Dec 15, 2019

Having known Catherine my whole life it is with real sadness that we must say goodbye to our family friend. Catherine was a strong willed woman, with a heart of gold and a great sense of humour. She was generous with her time and an excellent hostess. When she needed a new companion, I went to North Bay Ontario at her request and brought home little Charlie, who kept her company until her passing. Our condolences to Bobby and rest of Chapman family for their loss. - Posted by: Bruce Simpson (Family friend) on: Dec 14, 2019
