Condolences & Memories (10 entries)

  • He was a good man. He gave me a job as a young adult. He never gave up on me. One of the hardest and humble men I've ever met. He taught me everything about paving stones in the 15 years that I worked with him. Only good things can be said about you Rob. I was just going to call you. Wish I'd have called you sooner. You were my boss but I considered you my friend. R.I.P buddy. If his executor of his estate could call me and let me know when the service will be held I'd be truly grateful. 2046983822 - Posted by: Cliff Pangman (Friend ) on: Apr 21, 2020

  • I was extremely shocked and saddened to hear of Robert’s passing. I will always remember him as a happy, fun loving guy as a child at school and at his job. However I hadn’t seen him in many years. My sincere condolences to the family. - Posted by: Ghislain Carriere (Childhood friend ) on: Dec 21, 2019

  • I will miss Robert greatly and regret not getting back to Winnipeg sooner to visit him. We had a lot in common and both loved playing tennis. We had many matches on the court he built in his yard and at Taylor tennis. He loved animals and we shared a litter of kittens born in my neighbor’s yard. He felt like a brother to me and I’m heartbroken that this awesome person has left us. - Posted by: Jacques Chammartin (Cousin) on: Dec 21, 2019

  • Robert (Boots) Bourrier and I have known each other since we were kids. I could always trust him if needed. He loved people all the time and was kind to all. Was very surprised to hear of his passing. I had just called him 3 days before his passing and he seemed in good spirit. My condolences to his family, friends and dog. I miss you already. Rest in peace my good friend till we meet again. - Posted by: Bob phaneuf (Great friend ) on: Dec 21, 2019
