Condolences & Memories (4 entries)
One of Florence's greatest strengths was her loyalty to her God, to her church and her friends. Florence was a part of a ladies birthday group I belonged to for the past 10 years and we always enjoyed her company. We will miss her but know she is with her Lord and at peace. - Posted by: Rev Barry & Ferne Thiessen (former pastor) on: Dec 30, 2019
Dear Glynis, Deanna, Ada, Dorothy and families Your mom, sister and grandma was my mom’s best friend (Hazel Kolesar) in Neepawa when the were young women, in Winnipeg when they were young mothers and throughout their lives. Even when mom and dad moved to Newfoundland, Florence came to visit. I could hear them laughing downstairs. They weren’t alike in any way that I could tell, but they loved each other. It is rare to have a friend that stays with you all your life. But they had that friendship. I know that Florence’s faith and trust in God was her guide. She is home now and probably laughing with mom. Peace and comfort Love, Beverley - Posted by: Beverley Kolesar Ares (Friend) on: Dec 28, 2019
