ADORA MOXAM
(nee VAUGHAN)
July 23, 1933 - December 30, 2019
She will be lovingly missed and remembered by her family: daughter Orlene (George), grandchildren, Carissa and Serena, her sisters, Lily, Rose and Adeline (Clarence), and numerous nieces and nephews.
Adora was born in Jamaica and immigrated to England in 1961, then to Canada in 1971. She worked in Winnipeg as a nurse's assistant for many years. She devoted her life to her family and her church.
Adora was predeceased by her son Winston, sister Icilada, and brother Lesley.
The family wishes to thank the staff of Foyer Lacombe St. Albert, Alberta for the wonderful care and compassion Adora received in the last months of her life.
A celebration of her life will be held at a later date in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
