Just a little note to say how sorry we are to hear of Elmer's passing. Mel and I became acquainted with Elmer the past couple of years where we live in the Courts of St. James. Elmer and Mel struck up a friendship over memories growing up and living in the Whitemouth/Beausejour area. Elmer would visit his sister in Beausejour on the week-end and bring the Beausejour Clipper to put on the windshield of our car in the underground parking garage. Elmer always had a friendly smile on his face and we'll miss his friendship. Our condolences go out to his family. - Posted by: Jocelyn & Mel Maron (friend) on: Jan 25, 2020
Sincere sympathy to Elmer and Edith's daughters Cindy and Brenda and families and to sisters, Flora and Sandra and their families. Our family friendships span many years since our parents were friends of Pal and Pauline and Ed and Annie Smith. Uncertain how many years Elmer played fastball but certainly remember Elmer played with the Beausejour Beavers when Dad coached. We have great photos and memories of the Smith family including Elmer in fastball team photos from the 60s and a lovely photo of Elmer and Edith with their family. May the wonderful memories you shared as a family help to ease your loss. Thinking of all of you. The family of Bill and Ann Henschel - Posted by: Karen Hintz (family friends) on: Jan 21, 2020

Deepest Sympathies go out to Brenda & family, Cindy & family, Sandra & Flora on the loss of your dad and brother . I will miss visiting him and him sampling my baking. He always said my butter tarts I made for him always tasted like the ones his wife used to make. He played many hockey games with my dad back in the earlier years. Will sure miss your smiling face. Rest in peace. - Posted by: Lori Stelmaschuk (Beger) (friend of the family ) on: Jan 16, 2020
