Condolences & Memories (5 entries)
Mrs Filz was my next-door neighbor for 20 years. Her son Marc and I were classmates at Shamrock School. Mrs Filz always supported my school fundraisers, buying everything I ever sold, from wrapping paper to chocolates. If she was in the driveway when I was coming home from school or work, she would always chat with me for a few minutes, or sometimes just smile and wave. Even after I moved out, she would visit with me in the yard whenever I came to see my parents, when she was well enough to be outside. She was always kind and friendly towards me and my family. So sorry to hear of her passing. My condolences to the entire Filz family. - Posted by: Melissa Mathew (former neighbour) on: Jan 29, 2020
