So sad to hear of Yoyo’s passing. My condolences to Ghislaine, Simone, Carole and the rest of the family. She was a strong intelligent woman who never missed sharing her opinions with others. Her bluntness made her real and you always knew where you stood with her. Never any beating around the bush. I loved her candid nature. Really enjoyed the couple of times we played cards with her sisters. She was the life of the party and will be missed very much. Rest In Peace my friend. - Posted by: Shelly Glover (Friend of the family) on: Jan 23, 2020
REST IN PEACE YOLANDE... REMEMBERING THE GOOD TIMES AT THE CLUB.. OUR LITTLE VENTURES BYWEEKLY TO SAFEWAY.. - Posted by: Eva Rey Fuerst (Friend) on: Jan 20, 2020
My deepest condolences to Yolande's sister Simone and the rest of her family. Yolande and I became fast friends as "bus buddies" when we both worked in the Fort Garry Industrial area even though we worked for different companies. We stayed in touch after Saan closed and even when I moved to Nova Scotia we talked on the phone at least once a month with my last call to her between Christmas and New Year's of this past year. We always found something to say, had a good laugh and settled the problems of the world. I will definitely miss these calls. I valued Yolande as a special friend who was beautiful inside and out and will miss her terribly. I know you have reunited with your Mom, Dad, Joe and Carol and I hope to see you again when the time comes. Your friend, Gerri Boudreau - Posted by: Gerri Boudreau (Friend) on: Jan 20, 2020
I would like to extend my condolences to the Parent Family. Yolande found me in 1995. I met some of you at Pauline's 90th and her funeral. We had just started communicating again recently. Sorry to hear of her passing. - Posted by: Catherine Bellemare (Birth Daughter) on: Jan 18, 2020
