1933 - 2020
She was born February 1, 1933 in Tilston, Manitoba. Eileen also resided and grew up in small towns which included MacGregor, Treherne and Deloraine, and settled in Winnipeg, Manitoba (Transcona).
She was predeceased by her father and mother, Robert and Edith Mulvenny, brother Ray Mulvenny (Doreen), loving husband of 45 years, Gary Royce MacDonald.
Left to cherish her memory are her sister Violet (Lloyd), brother Barry (Sharon) and her four children, Penny (Alex), Tim, Rob (Natalie), Jeff (Mandy) and six grandchildren, Lee (Natalie), Lindsay, Samantha, Shelbie, Travis and Russell, great-grandchildren, Ethan, Charlee, Paige and Jayden, nieces and nephews, Linda, Brad, Maureen, Shannon, Shawn, Terry, Harvey, Darlene, Melody, and numerous cousins.
Eileen enjoyed her time with her family at the cabin in Belair. Other interests included family trips, camping, garden club, reading and library, lady groups, concerts, family get togethers and doing puzzles. Eileen also enjoyed listening to music and doing photos. Mom's most cherished time was spent with her family and enjoyed visiting with her numerous friends. She was an avid watcher of figure skating and curling.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Penny, Tim, Robert, and Jeff. Our deepest condolences on the loss of your Mom. No matter how old we are, it is always hard to lose your parent. I have many cherished memories of time spent at 542 and Belair. From when I was 6 or 7, Mrs Mac was like my second mom. I grieve for you and with you. So sorry to hear of Marie's passing . She was a wonderful friend and we enjoyed many great times together, especially her trips to Ireland to see where her dad had been born and raised. She always showed us kindness and hospitality every time we stayed with her in Canada. Beautiful memories will never be forgotten . Deepest sympathy to all our Canadian cousins on their deep loss.
