July 4, 1958 - January 18, 2020
Andrew was predeceased by his father Kenneth Fowler and his brother-in-law Fred House.
He will be greatly missed and forever treasured by his loving wife Cynthia (Cindy), his fur kids, Tobias and Chloe Anne in Victoria, his mother Eileen Fowler, Winnipeg, sister Doreen House (Bill), Winnipeg and nephew Warren House (Julie), Winnipeg and his extended family across Canada; brothers-in-law, Blaine (Kathy) and Greg Joss, his sisters-in-law, Theresa (Orville), Marianne (Ed) and Kathy (Brian), mother-in-law Bernice Joss, as well as numerous nieces and nephews on the Joss side of the family.

My childhood Step Dad. He was such a big part of my childhood. He was a stage tech for some of the most historic rock and roll, and metal bands of the 80s. He took me to my first concert- David Bowie when I was 5. He was the tech for that tour. What a cool guy. So sad to hear that he passed away. Lots of love, Andy.
