Condolences & Memories (2 entries)

  • To the Szadiak Family - Kindly accept my sincere and heartfelt condolences for the passing of Mike. It was a pleasure to associate with Mike during the 1960's when I resided at The Pas. In spite of his disability, he always displayed a positive attitude. I will always cherish transporting him and his side kick ( wheelchair) to the weekly Tuesday Night bingo at the Nor-Lite Hall, as well as visiting him at Szadiak's home. . May he Rest In Peace! - Posted by: Ted Mikolayenko (Friend) on: Feb 27, 2020

  • I knew Mike when he was a resident of The Pas and involved with the Manitoba League of People with Disabilities. Mike worked hard to form the organization's Branch in The Pas and form the Handi Transit system. Mike made many contributions to the community of people with disabilities. Condolences to Mike's family. - Posted by: Clare Simpson (Friend) on: Feb 12, 2020
