Family members announce the passing of mother, sister, aunt and great-aunt, Betty, who passed away on February 10, 2020.
She leaves to mourn her siblings, Tzivie (Estelle) Meyers, Karin Rosenbaum, and Harvey Rosenbaum (Patricia Simcoe-Rosenbaum); son Marc Carruthers Sim, many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews.
Betty was born in Winnipeg on August 26, 1948, and was someone who demonstrated gifts, talents and love of learning early in life.
Special thanks to friends and staff at the Victoria Hospital for their care in Betty's final days.
Donations may be made in Betty's memory to a charity of one's choice.
Funeral for the late Betty Sim will take place on Friday, February 14, 2020, graveside at the Congregation Shaarey Zedek Synagogue Cemetery at 10:00 a.m. Rabbi Anibal Mass will be officiating.
