CHRISTOPHER WILLIAM GEORGE
CLEMENTS
(1988 - 2020)
Christopher was a bright light in all of our lives. He was a source of love and laughter to all that he touched and knew. He was thoughtful and introspective, curious and sensitive. He was so incredibly intelligent. Christopher was extraordinarily giving of his time to so many people. He was a kind and generous man and brought sunshine to this world.
Christopher had just begun his teaching career with the Winnipeg School Division. This is something that he worked so hard to achieve and was looking forward to this next chapter in his life. His potential to touch so many lives will be a tremendous loss to the education community.
We are all so appreciative of the outpouring of love and kindness that our family has received. A celebration of Christopher's life will take place this coming spring. Friends and family will be contacted with details.

Chris and I were in the same cohort in the Education program at University. He and I were also co-teaching partners during our first year of practicum together. We created a great friendship where we learned from one another, shared ideas and stories, and worked as a great team. He and I supported one another during this new and uncharted territory and I will never forget that support. He was a great friend who was always inquisitive and a wonderful person to be around. He will be greatly missed. My sincerest condolences to his family and loved ones. My thoughts are with you during this difficult time. - Posted by: Brenlee (Friend) on: Sep 14, 2020

Please accept our most deepest and sincerest sympathies Bonnie, Spencer and Meghan. Chris was a beautiful and caring person through and through. We've watched him grow from a little boy running from your cottage to his Grandma and Grandpas to adulthood. Words can’t express how sorry I am for your loss. Chris was such a beautiful person inside and out. He always welcomed everyone with such a warm greeting, smile and hug. His smile is what I remember most about him. He was a wonderful friend and role model to all my kids, but especially my boys. He spent many hours and days fishing with them at the beach. They truly loved their time with him. He gave his time with them so generously and many of their memories of the beach are fishing and being with him. He will be so greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers are with the family, as they go through this difficult time. All my love. - Posted by: Lisa Krakalovich (Friend of family) on: Feb 29, 2020

Christopher. My first thought when I hear his name is that impish grin he would get when telling a story. I always knew there was going to be a typical “Miller” funny ending to the tale. The Miller-Clements clan is a beautifully woven family. They love big, they laugh big, they celebrate big, and they have open hearts and minds. Conversation is genuine. Listening is intentional. Charity is without question. Hugs are real. Chris forever will be in that tapestry. His daily presence is distant now. And I wish more than anything that was not true. But - here we are - having to go on without his physical presence. But his aura was too strong and too bright to leave us in darkness. When we are stronger and in less pain the light will start to glimmer through the cracks. The sun will start to feel warm on our face. We will be able to come together and share. I love him. I miss him. I’m torn apart. I hurt for his family. I’m lost. I’m hurting. I’m angry. I’m exhausted. I’m in disbelief. He was stolen from us. He did not leave us. He loved all of us. I was fortunate to have Chris work as an EA in my classroom for a couple of years. He was so incredible with the students - he had a gift. I will always remember his patience, kindness, thoughtfulness and giving heart. We developed a friendship and kept in touch a bit here and there and I was so proud to hear he had decided to go back to school and begin his teaching career. Our deepest condolences to your entire family. Chris was an amazing human being. He is missed ❤️ - Posted by: Andrea Silk (Friend) on: Feb 29, 2020
