Dave who's slogan was "not just another pretty face" would have more accurately depicted himself as "your gentle and ethical professional". Dave was always friendly, respectful and it was a gift to work on a real estate transaction with him. You will be greatly missed, Rest in Peace. - Posted by: Jeff Stern (Real Estate colleague) on: Mar 15, 2020

Deepest sympathy to all the Minuk family on the loss of your beloved husband and father. I remember Dave as a youngster on Burrows Avenue, and later we reconnected as Realtors. He was a warm, friendly and knowledgeable fellow. He will be missed by many. May his memory be for a blessing! Sadly, Esther Weinstein, now of B.C. - Posted by: esther weinstein (Friend) on: Mar 07, 2020

Dave was my friend for many years, and I'll really miss him. I did judo with Dave and was one of the "good old boys" that had Chinese food with him every Wednesday night. Condolences to Dave's wife Linda, his sons Bernie and Lennie and their families, and to the rest of the family. Bill Leckie - Posted by: Bill Leckie (Friend) on: Mar 07, 2020
