OREST W. ROSOLOWICH

It is with sadness and a sense of loss that we record the peaceful death of Orest Rosolowich, husband of Vera, dearly loved by all his family.
He will be a greatly missed uncle, brother, brother-in-law, godfather and highly regarded and trusted teacher and friend to all who were fortunate enough to know him.
Born in Meleb, Manitoba, May 26, 1945. Died in Winnipeg Health Sciences Centre, March 13, 2020.
A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.

  • I met Vera and Orest about forty years ago while living at St. Alban's Church with Stephen Laskey. We got to know Vera and Orest. We moved from St. Alban's to Labrador and had no contact with them for about 5 years. When Stewart, our son, and I came back to Winnipeg, we went to St. Alban's a few times and got reacquainted with them and had many good visits and dinners.
