In Loving Memory
It's been ten years
since we lost you,
forcing us to carry on
with a hole in our
hearts. You were the
center of the family,
holding us all
together, planning
every dinner, inviting
everyone for tea.
You always had an
open door and an
open heart, giving the
best advice with such
grace and wisdom.
You were loved by
all, even more so by your grandchildren.
You forever shaped
us and enriched our
lives growing up. We
have beautiful
memories to cherish,
wrapped with an
abundance of your
love. Not a day goes
by that you are not
thought of and
missed, bringing
silent tears. What we
would give to hear
your voice again. You
are painfully missed
throughout all of our
struggles, our
successes, our daily
lives and big
moments. We still
needed you, but
you had to go.
