SOLANGE MARTIN
Solange was predeceased by her son Greg, and grandson Thor Eyolfson.
Solange is survived by her children, Bryan, Henry, Melinda, Maureen Eyolfson (Derek) and Tom, 12 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
She was born in Ste. Rose du Lac, MB and loved being a mother and grandmother and was always concerned about all of her family right to the end. She truly was an angel sent from heaven and appreciated the most simple things in life.
The family would like to thank St. Norbert Nursing Home staff and her companion, Judith for the excellent care and compassion provided during her stay.
A service will be held at a later date.

Many, many cherished memories of grandma (mom) I Prefer to call you mom because you sure felt like a mom as well. I miss you and wish I was with you when you left us but I also would rather remember you as you were when you were healthy. It will never be the same without you around. I can’t wait till the time I get to kiss your cheeks and hug you again. You taught me a lot of very valuable things your eating healthy was the biggest and cleaning. I am so sorry I never got to say good-bye, but I know you are in a better place now and at peace. Even through my deepest sadness of losing you, I am forever grateful that you were the best mother. Mom, I'm sorry that our time together was so brief! There always seemed to be some underlying issues that kept us apart. I always cared about you as my mother.
