SYLVIA TEENIE MEILLEUR

Sylvia, 77 years young, passed away surrounded by her family on Sunday, April 19, 2020.
She was born to the late Fred and Teenie Stefanec in 1942. She was married to Victor Meilleur in 1963.
Sylvia is survived by her husband and sons, David (Bernadeen) and Ken (Robyn); seven grandchildren, Bryce, Danielle, Brett, Connor, Alexandra, Taylor and Sydney; one great-grandchild Elora; all of whom had a "special" nickname given by Gran.
Sylvia was predeceased by her son Jim and daughter Angela.
A loving mother, Sylvia was a remarkable cook and enjoyed having all of her kids out and preparing meals for her family and friends, especially over the holidays. She loved to paint and draw. She was an avid reader and loved feeding her birds. In life she would often repeat the quote, "When I die I'm coming back as a man."
A service celebrating Sylvia's life will be held at a later date.
