JUSTIN ALLAN KENNETH CONROY
August 11, 1987 - May 4, 2020

It is with overwhelming sadness and pain that we announce the untimely passing of our dear Justin.
Justin will be missed by countless friends he made through his short life. Friends were so important to him; from playing road hockey in the backlane with Ryan for hours a day, to building his own skateboard ramps so they could endlessly practice their tricks, to cooking up a delicious snack for them all, to most recently building his own home gym in his new house to pursue his personal fitness. Justin also valued his solitude, taking time to draw, reflect, spend time with his beloved dogs. He was a gentle, beautiful soul.
Most important to Justin was his family. He will be forever missed by his sisters, Jenn (Jeff), Erica; and all their children, Declan, Everleigh, Hayden, Colton and Callie; his dad, John; and his mom, Carmen (stepmom Leslie). Justin and his siblings were a tight crew and he would do anything for his sisters.
He will also be missed by Granny, Uncle Kevin, Uncle Chris (Lynn), and their children, Blair and Hayden. Justin is now at peace, reunited and sharing a laugh with Uncle Allan and Papa.
If you wish to help others in their recovery from addiction please consider a donation to the Bruce Oak Recovery Centre or The Winnipeg Humane Society, another cause close to Justin's heart.

Rest in peace my boy - I love you. I miss you

Condolences & Memories (9 entries)

  • I just got the news today about Justin. It's so sad to hear. At least fifteen years ago, I was his roommate for about four years, while he lived in Edmonton for a while. We lived downtown together and spent a lot of time together. He was such an ambitious guy, always wanting to pursue some crazy idea. There was never a dull moment with Justin. His love of life and high energy would often lift up an entire room. I still never run out of stories about him. He will be missed. - Posted by: Devon (Friend) on: Jan 30, 2022

  • We had the pleasure of meeting Justin probably about 20 years ago when he became friends with my son. We had our ups and downs once in a while but when he was at our cottage last year, he had really changed. We will miss him and his smile. Our heartfelt condolences go out to his family. Be Happy and rest in peace Justin. - Posted by: Marilyn strauman (Friend) on: May 15, 2020

  • My condolences to the Conroy family, my heart goes out to you all. Justin was an amazing guy. I knew Justin since elementary, we were very close in school but what I remember was that he was one of the most funniest kids in the school. Justin lived on the same street as me when I was young. Over the last couple years Justin and I began talking and building a friendship together. It wasn't till last year that we began seeing each other. He had some struggles happening in his life, and regardless of what they were I would be there for him in a heart beat, just like he was for me. Justin had a big heart and he had such an amazing impact in my life. I will always remember the good memories that we had created together. Your smile lit up an entire room, your dedication to your family will never go unnoticed, the love you had for your two dogs. I remember driving around to almost ever dog shelter for you to find you that one specific puppy you wanted, the rescue shelter on Portage is where I found his puppy named Easy. Justin was so excited for Kilo to have a friend. Justin did a great job with training to puppies. I told him he was crazy lol, but he managed and loved those dogs so much. You will be so very missed by so many. Love you so very much Justin, be good up there and make sure you watch over your family, which I know you will. Gonna miss you. - Posted by: Genelle G (Friend) on: May 14, 2020

Behind little caesar's pizza on henderson hwy, there was a big ledge Justin could olly down. I will always remember having lots of laughs and so many action packed stories. He had a big heart and will be missed. My condolences - Posted by: Cody Viau (Friend) on: May 09, 2020

We sure won't forget to be praying for all of you now & in the days to come. We extend our deepest sympathy to mom Carmen, because we have met her, and seen what a kind and loving woman she is, and how devastating this is for her. There are no words to bring comfort.
