JEANNE LUCILLE MARCOUX
She will be sadly missed by daughter, Renée Molicard, and her husband Daniel; daughter, Jo-Anne Marcoux, and her partner Carolee Rae; and grandchildren, Stéphanie and Eric Molicard. She will be lovingly remembered by brother-in-law, Lucien Marcoux and his wife Therèse; and sister-in-law, Marcelle. Jeanne was born in Saint Pierre Jolys, Manitoba. She went to school in Saint Pierre, and later moved to Winnipeg, where she lived and worked at various careers before meeting Omer Marcoux. They were married January 26, 1957. Omer owned a grocery store in the heart of Saint Boniface. They worked together at Chez Marcoux for many years.
Mom loved travelling, entertaining, happy hours, and singing in the choir at Saints Martyrs-Canadiens. She was a vibrant and loving woman, who was full of energy and spirit. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
The family wish to extend a special thanks to the staff of Tuxedo Villa for their loving care and support.
Due to the current circumstances, the family will hold a celebration of Jeanne's life at a later date.
