GEORGE R. SCHREYER
May 17, 1936 - May 26, 2020

It is with heavy hearts that the family of George Schreyer announce his peaceful passing on May 26, 2020, at the age of 84, after a lengthy illness.
He is lovingly remembered by his wife, Carol, of 61 years; and his four sons, Ken (Tammy), Wayne (Kathy), Randy (Debbie), Ray (Gwenda); and grandchildren, Brittany (Zach), Ryan (Katty), Daniel (Amanda), Kelley (Aaron); and great-grandchildren, Gemma and Everett; as well as his sisters, Lilly (Bob), Dorothy; and brother, Richard (Mary). George was predeceased by his sister, Clara; and brothers, Ed, Robert and Leonard.
Dad took over the family dairy farm in the Dugald area, and farmed for 46 years, later retiring in Oakbank. George and Carol enjoyed many years together, travelling to many places including Arizona for many winters.
Due to Covid-19, a private family service will be held.
In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to Kin Place in Oakbank.
