Our mom left us peacefully, in St. Jean Baptiste, on May 31, 2020, with her family by her side, at the age of 87 years old. She lived a full and wonderful life.
Mom will be lovingly remembered by her three sons: Gérald (Diane), Richard (Viviane) and Yves (Carol). She also leaves behind seven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, five sisters and one brother-in-law. She was predeceased by her first husband of 18 years, Paul Emile Bérard and her second husband of 35 years, Alfred Roy; as well by her two brothers, one sister and several in-laws.
Flowers, gardening, baking, travelling and spending time at the cottage were among her greatest passions. Those who knew Mom knew she hated being fussed over and would rather give than receive.
Respecting Mom's wishes there will be no funeral service. A private Celebration of Life will be held by her immediate family at a later date.
The family would like to thank the staff at CancerCare, Palliative/Home Care and the Morris Funeral Home.

Condolences to my cousins and families! Tante Marguerite, c’est ma marraine de confirmation! Je l’avais choisis, je la trouvais tellement cool! I can still see her and mom walking their yards discussing flowers! I thought it was sooo boring! Now I wish I could go back in time and walk with them!! Sending you our love!
