Madison was a special gift to her family, and her name represents that. Madison was proud of her name, and carried it with confidence.
Madison was a young, brave, confident girl; Madison loved to laugh and enjoy life. As a child, she was always smiling. Madison was a free-spirited child, who grew into a free-spirited young woman; she brought her enthusiasm and sparkly personality with her every where she went.
Madison adored her family, and often looked up to her older sisters for guidance. Madison anticipated the best in life and held many aspirations. Madison gave strength, and encouraged those around her to do the same.
Madison was known for her honesty, wit, and the beauty she brought to our lives.
Madison is desperately missed by her mother, Pamela Cochrane; father, Michael Eyjolfson; sisters, Sherry Donald, Jessica Cochrane, and Meka Eyjolfson; as well as by the many friends, extended family, foster families, and the support network that she built around her.
While our hearts are broken, we take solace in knowing that she is at peace, and is now experiencing immeasurable joy in heaven. She is joined with our dearly loved ones who passed on before her, whom she held closely to her heart, her maternal grandmother, Helen Cochrane; and her brother, Nikki Cochrane.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, June 16, 2020, from 1:00 p.m. till 4:00 p.m., at Eternal Grace Funerals, 1111 Logan Avenue (at McPhillips Street). Cremation to follow. Due to Covid-19, we are allowing 25 people to enter at this time.
