GRACE MARIE ZUBYK
April 1, 1948 - June 6, 2020
Grace was born and raised in Winnipeg, MB. In 1968 she started her 35-year long teaching career in Armstrong, BC. The next year she moved to and continued teaching in Vernon, as well as Lavington and Lumby.
Grace is survived by sisters, Virginia and Peggy, niece Annette, and great-nieces, Sara and Kira, and was predeceased by mother Anne in 2018 and father Nick in 1982.
Cremation has occurred; private interment at Lakeview Cemetery, Penticton, BC will happen at a later date.

Grace was a classmate probably starting in Grade 1. She and I were dressed up in Ukranian attire for our Grade 2 Christmas concert and wished everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year in Ukranian.
