DARRYL GLEN AMER
November 15, 1966 - June 21, 2020

With great sadness we announce the sudden passing of my brother Darryl Glen Amer, at the age of 53 years, with family at the cottage north of Gimli.
He was predeceased by his parents, Glen and Myra. Darryl will be greatly missed by his brother Patrick (Joanna), a special group of friends, family and his cat Charlie.
He was born and lived in Winnipeg all his life. He enjoyed golf, bowling, horse racing and spending time at the cottage. He fought Crohn's Disease for many years and rarely complained. Your pain is now gone.
In keeping with Darryl's request, a private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. He will be laid to rest with his Mom and Dad.

Rest in Peace Brother

  • On behalf of Thursday Night Mixed Bowling League we send our condolences. Darryl always presented himself as a gentle though very alert character. He for sure liked bowling very much and always challenged himself to improve. We're definitely going to miss you Darryl. Respectfully your league bowlers. - Posted by: Steve Richard (Bowling buddy) on: Jun 27, 2020
