I have so many happy memories of time spent with Norma from residence and the year after when we shared an apartment. She was a wonderful person in so many ways, I feel privileged to have known her. - Posted by: Carolyn (Friend) on: Jul 12, 2020
I was very shocked and sad to hear of Norma's passing. Her daughter and my daughter went to school together. She was a wonderful friend to me, by accompanying her friend Anne and myself to information sessions about our cancer journeys. I would often see her at doctor's appointments as she was her friend's support. I appreciated her support through a very tough time in my life. A very positive and kind person. My condolences to Jessica, Matthew and Russ. - Posted by: Kerry Hilton (Friend) on: Jul 12, 2020
I am so so saddened to hear this news. Not a day has gone by this winter and spring that I haven't thought of Norma. I have many fond memories of having grown up beside the Jacks’ cabin. My mom and I always enjoyed visiting with Norma (and Jean) when they were enroute to the loo! Or meeting at 3 am and having a nice bathroom visit, which use to be the norm. We would try and remember to leave our outside light on for those midnight runs. I will always remember her beautiful smile, Friendly warm and caring manner, and musical laugh. My heart goes out to you all at this very sad time and In the years ahead. Sending many hugs and much love 💕 Jenna Mennie Clarke (neighbour at the lake) - Posted by: Jenna Mennie Clarke (Lake neighbour ) on: Jul 11, 2020
