I remember playing with Brian when I was really young. He and I were inseparable. Whenever there was trouble in the neighborhood and someone mentioned "two little blonde boys" it was always me and Brian. After I moved away, I lost contact with him - I tried reaching out in my teens (Good Old White pages) but we just couldn't get a time to get back together. I found out about his passing today from an old mutual friend and I was heartbroken that it took me so many years to find out.
