DOREEN JOAN HELM
November 3, 1927 - May 17, 2020

It is with great sadness that the family of Doreen Joan Helm (Sainsbury) announces her passing on Sunday, May 17, 2020, after a six year battle with Alzheimer's and Vascular Dementia, she was 92 years old.
Doreen was born in St. Boniface and raised in Manitoba before moving to Vancouver, BC. Doreen was predeceased by her husband Kenneth and eldest daughter Kathleen. Doreen will be remembered by her surviving children - Valerie, Douglas (Ayumi), Pamela (Steve) and Corene (Donald), as well as her grandchildren - Sarah, Darcy, Ryan, Jennifer, Austen and Bryce. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
Doreen was laid to rest following a private service on June 3, 2020.
