Good Day Larry
Happy Birthday!

So how's heaven? Is it everything we talked about? As I am
writing, this I can faintly smell the bread baking in the oven, and Dad's
coffee bubbling on the stove. I can see Pierre, Lucinda,
Molly, Max and Misha sitting at your feet . . . just waiting for the bread to come out of the oven also. I miss you, I miss your laugh, I miss our talks. Larry, I'm glad though you are in
heaven and not
walking the streets. With all this covid stuff the homeless are more forgotten than ever. I drop by Sally Anns to see your buddies every once in a while. I give them your favourite sandwiches, yes with
butter, not margarine. Anyway, as I close this note, I see a football field, the lights are on, you, standing in the middle of it, as you lift up your arms and release the
perfect spiral.
