With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Beverly Ann Sagar (nee Livingston) on July 2, 2020. Bev was born in Winnipeg on September 8, 1939.
Bev was predeceased by her mother Madeline in 1962, husband Jim in 1999, father Albert in 2000 and sister Vivian in 2005.
Left behind to cherish her memory are her children, David (Kim), Tim, Debby (Keith), Richard, John (Jonna) and James (Cherisse), her grandchildren, Kale, Zack and Madelyn, stepmother Elizabeth Livingston, brother Jim (Evelyn) and numerous dear family members.
Bev had worked many years at the Concord and Canadiana hotels and Selkirk Park.
Bev, Jim and the kids spent their summers at Selkirk Park camping for over 40 years where they made many memories and met many lifelong friends. Coffee and tea were always on and the camper door was always open for visits. Many hours of chats and laughs were shared with friends and generations of family.
Bev was proud of her kids and their accomplishments in life. She was blessed with grandchildren whom she cherished. Watching them all grow into loving, intelligent individuals brought joy to her life.
In keeping with Bev's wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family celebration of her life will be held at a later date.

"Death leaves a heartache no one can heal. Love leaves a memory no one can steal".

Condolences & Memories (1 entries)

  • Bev was my older sibling. Growing up, she was always fun to be with and over all these years we have maintained a lasting bond. Undoubtably, her passing leaves a void in our lives and in the lives of her family. Whenever there was a family function to attend, I would pick her up for which she was always appreciative. We will miss Beverly and hope she is at peace. - Posted by: James and Evelyn Livingston (Brother and Sister-in-law) on: Aug 01, 2020
