He is lovingly remembered by his wife Margita, of 58 years, and his children, Hans, Karl (Ruth), Sigrid (Lorne), Sylvia, and Esther (Tim). He was Opa to 11 grandchildren, whom he loved dearly.

A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 4, 2020, at North Kildonan Mennonite Brethren Church, 1315 Gateway Road, Winnipeg with viewing prior to service. All are welcome. The service will align with the provincial COVID-19 guidelines.
A special thanks to the staff at Donwood Manor Personal Care Home who cared for Aron in his final years.

I was able to know Aron Froese (Opa) for 15 years, I will cherish the memories of going to Tim Hortons, watching Hockey, playing card games, going shopping for supper, or talking about crazy stories about his hilarious motorcycles incidents. I can't imagine what my next steps will be like, Opa was apart of me and I feel like there is a part of me that is empty during this time, while I try to recover and move on from his passing. He will be in my heart forever, and I will cherish those memories and regularly think about them when I walk into a Tim Hortons or watch a Winnipeg Jets game. Thank you, Opa. You being there for me meant a lot, especially now when I think about you during this time. Thank you Opa, god bless you. - Love Markus. - Posted by: Markus Penner (Grandson) on: Aug 03, 2020
