WALLY E. REMPLE
May 26, 1932 - July 30, 2020
Wally leaves behind his wife of 68 years, Vivian and his children, Gord (Cindy), Wally (Cynthia), Glenn (Pam), Avis, Judy-deceased (Hughie), Cathleen, and Rob (Andrea). Wally also leaves behind his 17 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Wally retired as Acting Director of the Parks and Recreation Department for the City of Winnipeg in 1993.
Wally and Vivian dedicated much of their time and energy at Grant Memorial Church, in the Seniors Choir, and Bird River Bible Camp.
Wally enjoyed taking Vivian on many cruises around the world, and exploring Canada from coast to coast. Wally enjoyed visiting BC and the mountains, but was always happiest when he returned home to the Prairies.
The family would like to thank Tuxedo Villa, Home Care West Winnipeg, and the Grace Hospital for their wonderful care.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Chapel Lawn in charge of arrangements.
Go Rest High on that Mountain,
Son your work on Earth is done.
