Condolences & Memories (2 entries)

  • Frances was a person everyone could go to chat with share stories get advice and always have a smile and hug with. She always made a person feel like they were the only person in the room if you were talking with her even in a room of 20 people she made you the focus of her attention. She was a very cheerful person who always had a laugh to share. I miss her so terribly, miss visiting when she moved to Ontario, she always said, "I'm just a phone call away". Frances was the strong one of the girls who took care of everyone, the Mother Hen. The nurse, the teacher, the person people would go too. Yet, she never complained about her worries her illness. She didn't want us to worry about her so she always said, "I'm doing fine - don't worry about me". I still think that I can pick up the phone and reach her at times, forgetting she has left us as she was a big part of our everyday lifeline to reach out for guidance and a daily chat. I love you so much Frances and Ed too. We lost so much when we lost both of you. Love you both pass the stars, pass the moon to Heaven and back. Your sister and sister-in-law to Ed. Love you both, Kelly - Posted by: Kelly Richardson (Sister) on: Dec 12, 2020

  • Fran was the type of person who opened her door to all those in need, she looked after so many of us. She always had a smile and spoke highly of her family even when they ticked her off. Her greatest joy was her children and her grandchildren. She loved to talk about them, and I would listen for it is our family, our children, and our grandchildren that bring so much joy she would tell me. I loved our talks, and she could talk. Rest now my friend. - Posted by: Faye Richardson (Friend of long ago) on: Aug 16, 2020
